We all have mental health, which we experience on a spectrum from good, to troubling, to distressed. It is important to look after our mental health.
I focus on CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Mindfulness techniques to address various mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), Phobias and more to understand how to become aware of and make changes to unhelpful patterns that have developed.
